The “WoWo Comics PRO Membership Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a valid contract between you and WoWTechStudio (hereinafter referred to as “WoW Tech”), the service provider stipulated in this Agreement, and has legal effect.
The index keywords listed before each service clause are only to help you understand the main points expressed in that clause and do not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the terms of this Agreement. To protect your rights and interests, we recommend that you carefully read the specific expressions of each clause.
Please be sure to carefully read this Agreement and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Clauses that exempt or limit liability may be displayed in bold font, and you should read them carefully.

When you obtain the “WoWo Comics PRO Membership” qualification in any form, it is deemed that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement. If you object to any terms of this Agreement, you can choose not to activate this product. Minors should review and perform under the accompaniment of their legal guardians. The exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this Agreement by minors are deemed to have been approved by their legal guardians. You must fully and strictly comply with the terms of this service agreement when enjoying WoWo Comics PRO user services.
This Agreement is jointly signed by you and WoW Tech Studio, the owner of WoWo Comics. The content of this Agreement includes the main text of the agreement and all service terms and rules applicable to all users that have been published by WoWo Comics; all terms and rules are an integral part of the Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
1.1 You agree to this Agreement and can become a WoWo Comics PRO member through various existing and future new channels by paying the membership fee to obtain WoWo Comics PRO membership qualification, including but not limited to: becoming a PRO member through mobile payment or third-party payment methods. When users use a specific method to become a PRO member, they must read and confirm acceptance of the relevant service terms and usage methods.
WoWo Comics hereby declares: WoWo Comics has never authorized any third-party unit or individual to sell or transfer WoWo Comics PRO membership qualifications. Any unauthorized sale of WoWo Comics PRO membership is illegal, and WoWo Comics reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
1.2 Before becoming a WoWo Comics PRO member, you must first register as a WoWo Comics user with true and accurate information. The content and personal information filled in by users must be true and valid, otherwise WoWo Comics has the right to refuse their application or revoke their PRO membership qualification, and will not provide any compensation or refund of PRO membership service fees. If the personal information of PRO members changes, they should promptly modify their registered personal information, otherwise, the responsibility for the inability to fully and effectively exercise PRO member rights due to this will be borne by the PRO member themselves. WoWo Comics has the right to cancel their PRO membership qualification and will not refund PRO membership fees or provide any other form of compensation.
1.3 After becoming a PRO member, the PRO member has the right not to accept WoWo Comics services and may apply to cancel the PRO membership service, but will not receive a refund of the PRO membership service fee.
1.4 The ownership of WoWo Comics PRO member accounts belongs to WoWo Comics, and PRO members have limited usage rights to WoWo Comics accounts.
